TechFirst Ambassadors are people working in technology and science who volunteer to visit schools and colleges. They share what their jobs are really like and help students see where their lessons can lead.
They come through the national STEM Ambassador programme, so every Ambassador has had safeguarding training and a DBS check. It is free for your school or college, and you tell us what you need.

Log in and open the ‘Ambassadors’ tab.
Choose ‘Create an Activity’, outline what you need, then submit.

“As a University Technical College, everything we do revolves around creating opportunities for students to thrive. A key focus is engaging them in employer-led tasks during project days, which are an essential part of our approach to blending education with real-world experience. I have been part of the program from the start, and it's been amazing to see its impact. Engaging with employers, hosting exciting events, and running interactive programs have been powerful in sparking curiosity and building enthusiasm for computer science and cyber security—both among young people and their parents.”
